National Library of Virtual Manipulatives--A digital library containing Java applets and activities for K-12 mathematics.  There are so many things they can do like rotate and count the faces and vertices of solids, compare fractions with fraction bars, and use base ten blocks to model  addition, subtraction, and decimals.

Animated science, health, technology, math, social studies movies, quizzes, activities that offer the “flipped” learning model aligned to the Common Core.

Not free, but this site has thousands of leveled readers geared towards K-6 graders, remedial readers, and special needs students.
